Single Design "Unit Builder Option"

CVI offers you the choice to have a custom sheet created covering any single printed fabric patch design from our existing Allied or Axis products. Depending on the design size, this means you get around 40 patches per sheet. This is perfect for those hobbyists who just want to create troops from a single unit or clubs looking to do a photoshoot focusing on a single comabt unit.

These sets are created to order and are not part of our regular catalog. When you place your order, just make note of the desired patch in the comment area of the order form. Please give the set name (where it comes from) and the patch name. All sheets must be a single design - no mix and match. Monthly bonus patches to not qualify for this offer.

Heer Trade & Specialist Insignia

This set covers twenty-eight different trade specialist badges issued by the German Army during the war years. In addition in includes signals operators badges in nine different waffenfarbe. This 2-sheet is available in a choice of backing colors (select your choice before clicking the order button): dark blue-green (standard continental), field gray (continental variant), tan (tropical), or brown (for use on tropical wool great coats).

Specialist categories covered include pigeon postmaster, NCO artificer/ ordnance tech, fortress const. sgt-major, fortress engineer sgt-major, supply admin. NCO, gas defence NCO, signals mechanic, regimental NCO saddler, motor transport NCO, troop NCO saddler, paymaster trainee, fortifications sgt-major, clothing stores NCO, farrier candidate, qualified farrier, farrier instructor, veterinary personnel, medical personnel, ordnance NCO, signals operator (in various waffenfarbe), transport mechanic 2nd and 1st classes, technical artisan, artillery gun layer, smoke projector operator, and qualified assault boat helmsman.

German Army Foreign Volunteer Insignia

During WW2 the Germans employed over two million foreign service volunteers from occupied and/or sympathetic nations. Many of these foreign volunteers served in the ranks of the German Army. This set includes the national identifiers worn on the uniforms of such volunteers, including variant markings for several. The twenty national identities covered (with six markings of each, provided) include India, Free Arabs, France, Belgium (Wallonie), Croatia (2 variants), Armenia, Aserbaischan, Hungary, Estonia (2 variants), Latvia (2 variants), Russia (Russian Army of Liberation), Ukraine, Don Cossacks (2 variants), Terek Cossacks, Siberian Cossacks, Turkistan, Georgia, North Caucasia, Spain, and Flanders.

Heer-SS NCO Tress

This sheet provides just NCO collar tress, as used by Heer and Waffen-SS troops. The sheet includes Early War Tress (8 strips), Late War Tress (8 strips), and Tropical Tress (6 strips). They all feature the fine stitch detail unique to these service branches.

Heer Specialists Insignia

The Heer had many areas of specialized troop training. This set covers the insiginia that denoted the most notable of those specialities. It includes tunic markings for Gebirgsjager (in continental and tropical), Feldgendarmarie (including cuff titles), Sonderverband 288 (including the version for use with brown wool great coats), Jagers, Ski-Jagers, and Snipers (inclusing all three classes). Includes instructions with details on insignia placement.
