Thanks for considering CVI accessory products. CVI accepts credit cards (via PayPal), checks, or money orders for order payments. CVI only accepts online payments from Pay Pal approved countries. CHECKS/MONEY ORDERS
If you wish to pay with personal checks and Money Orders, you may also mail
your order to us using the postal order form (Adobe Acrobat file) to the address listed. If you wish to pay by International Money Order, please contact us in advance so that we may give you the proper shipping amount.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Domestic US orders are sent using Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Our shipping charges are based on the merchdise total (not inlcuding sales tax, if applicable) and are as follows: Up to $9.99 shipping is $5. From $10 to $49.99 shipping is $5.75. From $50 to $99.99 shipping is $7.50. From $100 to $199.99 it's $10. For orders $200 and up shipping is $13.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Most international orders are shipped via USPS Air Mail Letter Post. Other shipping options may be available, depending on the country. CVI only accepts online payments from Pay Pal approved countries. Use this link if you need to review the up to date list. Please allow 2-4 weeks for the arrival of international orders (speed varies depending on the destination country).

LARGE ORDER DISCOUNT
CVI offers a discount on large orders. Any order of $100 or greater (before shipping) will receive a 10% discount on merchadise cost. Orders over $150 (before shipping) will get a 15% discount. If you place your order via Pay Pal, the discount will not show up when you place your order but will be sent to you as a refund to your Pay Pal account. Refund amounts are subject to PayPal processing fees, depending on your account type.

REFUNDS/RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We want you to be 100% satisfyied with our products. Refunds or returns or exchanges can be made within 15 days of the purchase date. You must email us in advance and explain the reason you wish to return the item. Merchandise returned for a refund or exchange must be in like-new condition and customers assume the shipping costs. No funds will be returned to the customer until we receive the product. It's recommened that you ship using a service that allows you to track your package so that you can confirm its delivery.

Defective products can be returned for an exchange. CVI will cover the full shipping costs for exchanging defective items. You must email us in advance of sending back the item and explain the nature of the defect.

We can not accept responsibility for loss or damage to goods from improper use, during shipping or due to the customs regulations of a customer's nation.
